As the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, managing facilities-related budgets, and ensuring a safe and conducive working environment for all employees. Facilities Management:
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the optimal functioning of the facility.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and internal partners for facility-related services, ensuring quality standards are met within budgetary constraints.
• Develop and implement procedures for the efficient use of space, including office layout and furniture arrangements.
