LEGAL COUNSEL

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN ACTIVITIES

The position, reporting to the Chief Legal, Biotech & Transactions, will be in charge of:

- Contract Negotiation: negotiation, amendment, draft business contracts/agreements for all the Group’s Companies such as consultancy agreement; material transfer and supply agreement; development and supply agreement; MSA; other business and commercial contracts;

- Contract Template: set up and update contract template for supporting Group’s Companies business activities;

- Clinical Trial: support the Departments involved in the accomplishments required for setting up a clinical trial;
