Job Description:

Position Project Coordinator.

Document control :

· take a responsibility to store the revision of ITP and inspection procedure (drawings included ?). This means to be in contact directly with THYL people directly involved for specific document (ex. Arnoldo for quality docs. of PGH) and with supplier in order to issue an engineering document (ITP, inspection procedure);

· Extract and format the required information as for end user request. Internal coordination with Project Document Controller

· Organize and store both internal and external documents.

Expediting:

· Project POs management: direct collaboration with PM/PD, procurement office and B3 (logistic partner)

· Expediting plan schedule and organization
