Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, finance, and marketing
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management
