Listed Group requires seasoned factory manager for one of their divisions' manufacturing plants and to be responsible for scheduling building and equipment maintenance as needed, monitoring the performance of factory staff, and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner. This position is responsible for enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, maintenance of production equipment, sales, administration, and budgeting of all regional operations, production records and miscellaneous plant management duties as required

This position is based in an industrial factory with automated machinery and will be suitable for the medically fit and mobile candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who takes critisism, stress, and pressure well and is able to turn these into action!!!
