We are looking for a HR Director for our business in Brazil. You will play a
pivotal role within our leadership team in Brazil and across Europe & Latin
America (EULAM). Reporting to the VP of Human Resources for Europe & Latin
America, you will lead and drive the people agenda across the region, partnering
closely with business leaders to align organizational and people capabilities with
strategic objectives. With nearly 350 employees in Brazil, you will be
instrumental in fostering a robust organizational climate that attracts, develops,
and retains top talent.
Role can be located in either Rio de Janeiro or Jaguariuna, Sao Paulo, Brazil with
approximately 30% travel primarily to other site locations.
