Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller at MJ Group of Management in Sonipat. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our products or services. You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and generate leads. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding customer base and maintaining customer satisfaction.
