Job Location: Vasai

Salary: 4 LPA to 7 LPA

Job Requirements And Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact between the manager and team/clients
• Screen and direct phone calls/ Email and distribute correspondence
• Take dictation and prepare reports, emails, PPTs or any other required correspondence
• Work with the executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for meetings
• Keeps and prepares minutes of meetings.
• Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.
• Maintain all hard copy and digital records for all important office and project requirements
• Daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls and emails

Qualifications And Skills
• Any Graduate with a pleasing personality and good communication
