Position : Contract Specialist (Legal)

Location : Jakarta

Role Summary & Responsibility :
• Support Global Services (GS) / Business Unit (BU) Sourcing with agreement requests
• Understand & incorporate relevant commercial terms into the specific agreement templates
• Work with the Legal Department in drafting and reviewing the agreements, including facilitating communications and negotiations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they follow company policies and all applicable regulations
• Incorporate relevant compliance and company exhibits and attachments to the agreements based on the nature of the engagement
• Be the main contact person for the business where Procurement is determined to be the sponsor of the agreement
• Manage contract approvals through the manual process flow or via e-tools such
• Route manual contract forms to authorized personnel for signature and/or chopping
