Primary purpose of the position:

1.Process Aerosol, Beverage and Corporate invoices in KTA, K2 and JDE.

2.Reviews, resolves and inputs Fallout invoices into JDE.

3.Inputs Pedimentos and Detention accounts payable invoices into JDE.

4.Researches and resolves accounts payable problems.

5.Calculates and process invoices with sales taxes for the corresponding plants.

6.Prepares and inputs month-end accounts payable accruals into JDE.

7.Prepares and inputs vendor debit memos in JDE.

8.Verifies that all accounts payable documents are scanned into JDE.

9.Disburses checks that require special handling (Corp).

10.Scan UUID codes into JDE for Mexican plants.

11.Accesses, inputs and retrieves information from the computer.

12.Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers.

13.Initiates, reviews and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.
