Maintenance daily document updates and management, such as failure rates,

QRQC record, MTTR and MTBF etc.

 Responsible for the maintenance of APS and EHS strictly execute follow up.

 Maintenance worker daily work arrangement and performance evaluation.

 Equipment and tooling repair escalation response control and coordination.

 Identify, prioritize and allocate resources to corrective maintenance actions and

follow up to ensure completion.

 Lead Maintenance technicians (and Associates if relevant) minimise downtime

and maximise plant effectiveness in line with operational requirements.

 Analysis the corrective Maintenance data to propose and implement

improvements; request quotes etc.

 Responsible for energy regulation, the shop floor lighting, devices to monitor.

 To identify the critical spare parts list, procuring it and storing it properly for the

all the related equipment.

 Monitoring and check preventive maintenance performance.
