The Maintenance Team oversees maintenance activities for NHC owned housing developments across the city of Gjoa Haven, totaling approximately 262 units

Position Description:

KHA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations and ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, health, and safety standards. The primary responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs, organizing production, supervising and training maintenance staff, coordinating with program managers, and developing procedures and systems. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for field supervision of staff and contractors.

Requirements:

- Must be resident of Gjoa Haven, Nunavut or willing to relocate to the community

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
