The ideal candidate will be responsible for legal matters including drafting court processes, representation in court, tribunals, drafting agreements, company secretarial filings. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working other counsels on a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities
• Provide legal services including drafting, representation in court, tribunals etc
• Work with other counsels in the Firm
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
• Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts for our clients

Qualifications
• LLB, BL
