Job Description

Your main goal is to convert potential customers into actual customers – deposits. Everything related to customer care, product development... will be taken care of by others.

Responsibilities

Receive customer information from marketing activities (targeting individual customers - B2C).

Interact with customers in an online environment (messaging platforms).

Handle customer requests and act as a bridge between customers and the tour product development department.

Provide product information to customers and handle any arising requests.

Address inquiries, handle customer rejections, and guide customers towards making purchases.

Transfer customer information and orders to the customer care and tour operation department.

Benefits

Sales commission of up to 50% of the profit from each order.

Business expenditure bonus on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

Salary: 10 – 15 million VND.

Income ranging from 30-40 million VND.
