The Position

You will be Associate Manager of our production team. We have recently decided to reduce span of control and have two managers for our production team. Your first assignment will be – together with the current manager – to define how this new setup will work. You will be part of the management team, reporting to the director of the department, and you will provide clear prioritisations in close collaboration with your co-workers.
