We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team and lead the development of three interconnected applications: a Web App, a Phone App for Managers, and a Phone App for Staff. These applications are aimed at enhancing security management processes and improving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining these applications, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement robust and scalable solutions for the Web App and Phone Apps.

2. Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
