Job Summary

As the EHS Manager, you will develop, implement, and coordinate the plant safety and health programs in accordance with corporate and facility directives to prevent accidents, ensure an ongoing safety culture, and compliance with OSHA and all related federal, state, and local regulations. You will collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to identify potential safety issues and create strategies to mitigate risk and develop and reinforce safety culture. You will develop, implement, and deliver EHS training and education for team members, including new employee safety orientation.

You will communicate effectively with a diverse set of internal customers and implement communication strategies that reinforce a high level of EHS awareness throughout the organization. This function supports one manufacturing plant with 4000 employees.

This position is located at Nogales Sonora facility.
