About the Position: Evaluation of permit applications and enforcement actions for projects in waters of the U.S. including navigable waters, as they relate to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act. The position will support the Northwestern Division (NWD) Technical Regional Execution Center (TREC).
