Sourcing Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager (KAM) role is instrumental in Regener8’s pursuit to deliver excellent customer service as we grow and develop Africa’s circular technology economy. This role is KPI-driven, and the KAM is the go-to person for our trade-in and buyback channels, and includes the following responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners through regular in person and online meetings
• Engaging in updating and renewing of partner contracts and agreements
• Provide support and solve high level customer and system queries
• Responsible for the design and implementation of OEM campaigns to drive OEM sell out through trade-in and device buyback
• Support strategic planning for the Sourcing function by identifying new growth opportunities within existing channels for trade-in and device buyback programmes
• Drive growth within new B2B partner channels
