Duties & Responsibilities

Objectives and responsibilities
• Work and maintain a collaboration between the director, financial officer and operations manager.
• Maintain budgets and optimise expenses
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Prepare regular reports and management statements
• Ensure strong and effective communication throughout all departments of business and clients
• Oversee maintenance and records
• Providing accurate and professional quotation to clients
• Marketing plans, LinkedIn and website updates and adjustments
• Vendor applications and regular updates on vendors and tender
• Invoicing, debtors and creditors
• Oversee and implementing ISO9001 procedures

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Diploma or degree in accounting or similar qualification
• Highly skilled with pastel and excel.
• Fast learner of technical procedures of the drilling industry
