Your role in the team
• Strategic planning and management of the software development department
• Definition and implementation of Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Leading, developing and supporting your department heads and their teams
• Ensuring the implementation and further development of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) in software development
• Active participation in the further development of the IT strategy and promotion of modern technologies
