Your role in the team

As an IT all-rounder, you contribute to the optimization of processes in the company and support your colleagues in the efficient use of IT resources. To ensure this, you develop the document and reporting systems as well as the CRM system. You analyze the systems, identify potential improvements and implement solutions. You also create detailed documentation and train users. In addition, you provide 1st & 2nd level support for IT problems and document management.
