Role Description

This is a Full-time production manager role located in Kolkata. As a production manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the production process, to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality specifications. The role requires collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, creating production budgets, schedules, and Quality Control analysis, and coordinating with outsourcing partners to deliver products.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management
• Proven ability to manage personnel and resources effectively
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver reliable results
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office and ERP Systems
• Knowledge of Quality Control standards
