ECCO is looking for an experienced and self-motivated IT Supporter for the Global Application Support which is part of Global IT. We are supporting ECCO users globally in more than 30 countries.

Job profile

The Global Application Support is responsible for applications support and SAP is our main ERP system. This job is based out of ECCO Indonesia in Sidoarjo.

As an Global IT Application Supporter, your primary responsibility will be to do application support, including:
• Capable of estimating and planning own tasks including follow up and acting proactively
• Are quire conscious with focus on business needs
• Able to systematically perform a variety of task according to procedures and instructions
• Capable to investigate and collect relevant information, also understanding business process within its competence area is necessary
