Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Retreat, Darjeeling. This includes managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising maintenance and housekeeping, and overseeing financial operations.
