• Inspect and repair operating and measuring equipment as well as testing equipment at home and abroad
• Analysis of complex optical/electronic measuring instruments at customers' sites, including structured troubleshooting and analysis
• Independent and self-responsible repair of the devices "on-site" including electrotechnical acceptance (e.g. according to DGUV-3)
• Willingness to be responsible beyond one's own area of activity as a VEFK (responsible electrician) within the framework of the employment relationship
• Remote support (via video/phone) to provide quick solutions / workarounds for acute problems
• Selection of suitable mechanical and electronic components from internal and external suppliers
• Preparation of cost estimates on the basis of the investigations carried out
• Construction of new measuring equipment as well as ensuring functionality and stability through testing and documentation
