• 1-3 years of technical experience in desktop support or system administration roles.
• Recent hands-on experience with desktop support and system administration
• Advanced skills in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with PowerShell scripts in operational environments
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD
• Ability to provide comprehensive support for non-standard devices.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10 (32-bit & 64-bit), Office 365, OneDrive, Exchange 2016, and SharePoint Online
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting mobile devices, iOS, Air Watch, Mobile Device Management (MDM) Console, and Intune
• Familiarity with ticket management according to company guidelines
