Job Purpose
• Heading the Governance and Compliance function at Global Markets
• Manage compliance risk Domestic Capital markets (Broking), Structured Products or Market linked debentures, Fixed Income, and international entity compliances
• Spearhead Secretarial and Governance responsibilities for Global Markets legal entities
• Formulate regulatory and compliance framework and ensure business adherence to the same
• Act as the custodian of all legal and regulatory aspects of the business including implementation of applicable rules and regulations, advising, and providing solutions on various business proposals & complex situations
• Drive a compliance culture within the organization
