Responsibilities
• Strategically plan and allocate budgets for the Food Solutions Sector while maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhancing cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Enhance customer service for current clientele, broaden the customer base, and explore new markets within the Sector.
• Initiate and oversee strategic initiatives, evaluate potential investments, and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges, foster growth, and enhance the Sector's performance.
• Promote a culture of manufacturing excellence by integrating best practices into daily operations and personally demonstrating commitment to excellence.
