About The Role

As Crew Coordinator, you will work in the field and assist the local Resource Supervisor with operational tasks. You will also lead a group of workers who are engaged in building, maintaining, and servicing Essential Energy’s electrical and energy related network.

You will also manage and oversee the daily field activities at the work site, use the site resources effectively and ensure safety on site, including checking the HIRAC process, conducting inductions and authorising site access.
