Responsibilities

- Accounting Management:

+ All accounting transactions (income/outcome payment, cash flow, etc.)

+ Payment schedule and Budget forecasts

+ Bank statements, check VAS, monthly/quarterly report

+ All employee's salaries including tax

+ Check Public financial statements on time and check all tax status & progress

+ Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (VAT, PIT, CIT)

+ Legal financial reports and tax inspections (just in case)

+ Internal statements (TSA, Summary bill, Expense closing, project allowance, etc.)

- Administrative Management:

+ Review (legal) contracts, Official letters regarding Business and Employee

+ Support for On-site projects (PDs & Engineers)

+ Support & assist to General Director

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Fluent in English

- 3+ years of experience in internal auditing or related financial roles in FDI companies
