Our client is a leading retail company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
• Manage all operations spanning across 23 provinces nationwide to ensure optimal performance
• Develop annual action plans and detailed deployment plans for all action programs.
• Implement and oversee the execution of plans for all departments under the Management Board to meet company service standards: Customer care, Technical, Hygiene, Security.
• Handle daily operational incidents at the facility; Report to Leadership on cases beyond handling capability or authority, as well as important and urgent incidents.
• Build effective revenue-generating policies.
• Anticipate operational risks and proactively seek solutions to address, prevent, and minimize potential consequences.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan and execute annual marketing activities.
