RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Data Capturing
• Office Administration
• Filling
• Reception duties
• Compiling of Tender Documents
• Creating invoices
• Quotations
• Liaise with operators regards to time sheets and Petty Cash returns
• Submitting supplier invoices to the finance department
• Issuing of license discs to Operators
• Accident reports and completing the form with the drivers making sure all the relevant information and attachments are in order.
• Tender Briefing

Requirements
• Matric
• Diploma will be added advantage.
• 2 years in a Administrative Environment
• Computer Literacy
