• Work with local and central State Agencies regarding the company's activities.

• Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DoC, DoPI, HEZA, Immigration Department, Department etc.).

• Prepare reports on legal works and issues of the company under the requests of top managers.

• Propose legal advice, consult for company's activities and requests.

• Research legal documents, advise and compose documents as required by management.

• Review and revise the company's procedures in legal field.

• Perform other jobs under the requests of company.
