We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager (m/f/d) to join the Integrated Facilities Management business line in Munich.

Facilities Manager(m/w/d)

Your tasks:
• Communication with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance Legal, IT etc.)
• Be the Point of Contact for all matters relating to IFM and management of the properties for the client
• Liaise with regularly with client’s admin stakeholders such as site leads, site receptionists, site administrators and site office managers to ensure all aspects of the IFM are being taken care of and the property is being maintained and operating to a high standard
• Procurement of goods and services for client’s buildings
• Hold regular meetings with Landlord, ensuring that terms of lease are being provided to client- e.g. external maintenance, central plant management
