Our customer is a German aviation company that is focused on developing electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. The company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany.

The position is initially for 4 months with the possibility of extension

Your Tasks
• Management of purchase orders in line with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) demand.
• Monitoring of warehouse inventory levels and follow-up on open purchase orders and order confirmations.
• Ensure and follow up with the right stakeholders that the quality requirements of parts delivery are understood and reflected within the ERP system.
• Drumbeat and maintenance of item master data.
• Review and closure of invoices to secure on time payments.
• Utilize data analytics from ERP and Supplier Portals to optimize inbound logistics and inventory levels.
