Job Responsibilities:-

Insurance:-
• Prepare RFQs (Request for quotation) and float to various insurance companies for renewal of Insurance Policies like Mega Risk/IAR policy, Fire policy, Marine policies, Motor Policies, Cash insurance policy, Employee Benefit policies and liability policies etc.
• Compare quotation and premium negotiate with insurance companies for placement of insurance policies.
• Risk Inspection of plant with insurance risk inspector during renewal of policy
• Prepare plant wise assets sum insured for renewal of Mega Risk/IAR Policy.
• Intimation to insurance Co. about Insurance Claims.
• Lodgment of claims, follow up with insurance company for appointment of surveyor, Conduct survey with surveyor.
• Prepare documents for submitting the claims.
• Reply of surveyor query related to insurance claims.
• Follow up for pending claims with Insurance Company for realization.
