Prefered Immidate Joining

Preferred Wiring Harness field

1. Lead and coordinate the engineering activities related to wire harness RFQs

2. Technical review of key program gates, validation requirements, ED&D costs

3. Direct internal support staff to complete initial designs for quoting

4. Collaboration with suppliers, customers, and other Lear internal groups to support RFQ

5. Lead and support all Technical Design Reviews related to RFQ package responses

6. Promote new technologies during the quoting phase

7. Promote cost reduction ideas during the quoting phase

8. Support the vertical integration strategy to replace existing components with Lear products

9. Establish strong business relationships with OEM commercial representatives

10. Work closely with manufacturing locations to identify re-use of tooling to lower quote cost
