Summary. The HR Manager is responsible for all HR-related issues at the locations in Friedberg/Augsburg. He/she supervises and advises managers, is responsible for the introduction and implementation of HR processes and proactively promotes employee satisfaction. In addition, the HR Manager is an active part in the HR EMEA team.

- Advise managers on various human resources issues

- Continuous improvement of employee satisfaction

- Improving/managing the recruitment and onboarding process

- Improvement/control of talent management and performance management processes

- Management of compensation management

- Development and implementation of processes to achieve business objectives

- Coordination of PE staffing and bugdeting
