Direct and coordinate the delivery of administrative services, such as clerical support, mail distribution, document management, maintenance, and food service to ensure efficient operations of the business.

1. Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the Hürth offices.

2. Greet truck drivers and visitors and offer assistance or direct them, as needed.

3. Open, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.

4. Maintain inventories of office supplies.

5. Main contact for inquiries from Sales Managers to support with general customer related administration.

6. Support the Sales process with quotes on Salesforce, walk-in and walk-out pricing, payment, and INCO terms

7. Collecting information, completing, and handling vendor packages.

8. Admin Support for financial and tax related topics.

9. AR collections process support.

10. Back up for sending sales invoices to customers (mail, email, portal).
