The position

In the position of CVP Training Partner, you work closely with many stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing performance.

Joining the newly established Quality Management System (QMS) and Training team in GCM, you play a key role in defining how we work with training to continually develop our business and ensure compliance.

Your key activities include : Serving as the anchor for standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing our training set-up to facilitate smooth onboarding in a period of rapid expansion Contributing to the analysis, design, and development of simple, user-friendly, and manageable training frameworks Guiding your stakeholders in choosing the right training methods and activities Identifying proactively opportunities to enhance learning performance through effective training content development and the integration of relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine...
