Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Counsellor at SimbaCourse in Amritsar. The Administration Counsellor will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, managing office operations, coordinating with various departments, handling documentation and record-keeping, and assisting in strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Interact with leads on the future students for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed admissions
• Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
• Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the department head
