On behalf of our client, an important Italian brand operating in the Food & Beverage industry with products sold through large-scale retail trade (GDO) and traditional channels with HQ between Belluno and Treviso and 15 production plants between Europe, the Americas and Asia and a turnover of approximately 850 million, we are looking for a SENIOR LEGAL SPECIALIST .

The person will be part of the Legal, Compliance & Quality Assurance Team. The core tasks will include :
• providing legal assistance on the application of national and international laws;
• providing support to the foreign branches about the contractual activities;
• supporting the managers in the international contractual activities relevant to the various countries where the company is present;
• managing and collaborating on the contractual activities related to marketing, events and suppliers;
• supporting the legal team to facilitate the implementation of company policies.
