• Must have 3+ years of proven experience in sales within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Must have a proven track record in FMCG sales across online and offline platforms.
• Must have experience leading a diverse online and offline sales and marketing teams.
• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce or a related field.
• 1.6m-1.8m KES + Bonus per annum

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to spearhead our business expansion efforts by leading our dynamic online sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, driving revenue growth through collaboration with beauty advisors, external partners, and wholesale clients. As a pivotal member of our leadership cadre, you'll collaborate closely with other managers, nurturing partner brands through campaign initiatives and providing mentorship to our beauty advisors.
