Role Profile
• Provide day-to-day direction and general management of office activities of the group.
• Promote and implement human resource and admin values by planning and managing human resources programs that impact on the business growth and profitability of the group

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an agenda for HR/Admin strategy in line with business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
• Responsible for senior level decision-making and both day-to-day management and strategic direction of the organization.
• Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business units. Manage cost to budget.
