Manages projects of assigned in-house renovation and new construction, or in conjunction with outside consultants in support of the department Director. Maintains projects within applicable codes, guidelines and regulatory requirements coordinating with state agencies, CDPH to obtain project approvals and licensing. Leads and seeks input at the user level to support planning efforts. Coordinates information to outside consultants or in-house to assist key decision factors to advance project development. Exercises superior project skills, and decision-making in planning or remodeling healthcare facilities.
