Job Description

Organon is recruiting for a Privacy Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support the Chief Privacy Officer (based in the US), the global privacy program and will be a member of the Global Privacy Office.

As the Privacy Specialist, you will provide support on privacy compliance activities including drafting and managing updates to privacy policies and procedures, developing global consents and privacy notices, managing processes and updates to record of processing activities, supporting and managing updates to privacy impact assessments and vendor assessments.

The Privacy professional will track the requirements and compliance activities of global privacy and data protection laws and regulations, developing privacy related training materials, working with local teams including global privacy network to ensure privacy program elements are incorporated into local and global processes and ensuring that privacy by design principles are implemented...
