• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required or equivalent.

• Experience in all facets of HR roles with minimum experience of three (3) years in related field.

• With strong leadership and supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to HR staff.

• Experience in handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and understanding of labor laws and regulations is important.

• Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, is often required.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective communication with employees, management, and to another department
