Duties Serve as an Information Technology Specialist administering, developing, delivering and supporting of information technology (IT) systems and services. Identify, report and resolve a variety of IT issues and problems. Ensure the application of appropriate security measures in assigned areas. Serve as the primary VTC Operator, actively managing VTC capability. Responsible for the operations, deployment, use, and maintenance of the port management communications equipment. Responsible for the following equipment: SATCOM terminals, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) (PDK PDK-Lite), Brigade Standard Communications Package (BSCP), Global Air Transportation and Execution System (GATES), Land Mobile Radios (LMRs).
