Job Responsibilities
• Timely Reconciliation: Perform bank bank account reconciliations within stipulated timeframes
• Statement Collection and Filing: Promptly collect and file bank statements, including downloads from the bank portal
• Transaction Matching: Match cash deposits and withdrawals against bank statements to verify bank postings.
• Discrepancy Analysis: Examine reconciliation summaries and details to identify
• Communication and Follow-up: Inform relevant team members, leads, and managers about any statement errors and follow up until corrections are made.
• Flexibility: Undertake additional related duties as assigned.
